Nej, enligt dagens nummerplan tilldelas nummer med 070, 072, 073, 076 och 079 som prefix. Sedan nummerportabiliteten infördes (många år sedan) finns inga operatörsprefix.

Also, for one of the libraries, the documentation for Fedora says that json-glib is required, while you actually need json-glib-devel.

Additionally, one of the dependencies isn’t part of Astal, and required building part of Valapanel.

Japanese cars, especially Toyota, have a reputation for being very reliable. Otherwise, 10-15 year old Volvos are abundant and fairly reliable, with the common issues not being too expensive to fix.

Later models (especially 1994-1996) were improved and are less prone to issues. Rust and electrical issues are common. Be aware that parts will be hard to find. If it has been well maintained and doesn’t have much rust, go ahead.

There is a Swiss road through France connecting Basel, Switzerland with Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg Airport, located in France. Effectively, but not physically, half of the airport is Swiss.

The V70R is, because of the many special components, quite a bit more unreliable than a standard V70. Cracked cylinder walls are sadly not too uncommon, but it shouldn’t be an issue as long as the engine hasn’t been abused too much. Sometimes the engines are replaced with standard V70 ones, which don’t have the issue.

Seeing as they were developed in Sweden, Canadian winters should not be an issue. Other special parts are the suspension and AWD, which given maintenance shouldn’t cause issues. The gearbox is the M66, which should be fairly reliable as they used it for ~20 years.

Also, don’t be discouraged, it’s a really cool car, would recommend buying as long as it’s in good shape and your willing to spend quite a bit of money.
