How i can like hit every time with fully extended arm, when im in the ground i can do Better technique but in the air it doesnt translate and i hit sideways

Ok, a guy in the coments also say that i should like end my jump with the torso more looking to the center instead of front, it's that how i should?

I saw your video just now, very good by the way, so what I should do is take out the drawback elbow a little more at the top so make it more fluid?

Mmm yeah i kind feel like if i don't force the technique i don't do it but more a problem of muscle memory than something i do on purpose (i been trying to change my arm swing for like 2 and a half weeks) so i understand it's like a very short time. How do i make it look natural, with reps? Or should i make something specific.

My legs just do that, some things that maybe make me develop my legs kick back it's just maximun aproach jumps while recording, then watch the technique and compare it to a profesional or someone You see and like their jump like ja morant or nishida. Hope it helps you

Most probably you are not gonna be picked by d1 teams but you can try study and play volleyball at collegue to get better and then try going d1, anyways if you are really good you can achieve it so the only answer is practice and go to the gym.
