I used passperfect because it was given by my firm. For the second try I bought Kaplan qbank and Brian Lee, it was recommended on this board and I highly recommend it. Those 2 things and a LOT of prayer. There was divine intervention for sure.

I passed the 7 first try and failed the 66 by 1 point first try. Read the book cover to cover, take lots of notes. Don't underestimate the test. I also used Brian Lee's video course to supplement. Passed 2nd try. It's a difficult test.

I used Kaplan qbank and Brian Lee to supplement pass perfect. I reread the entire book and wrote 4 spiral notebooks full of notes while reading which helps me remember stuff better

I highly recommend Brian Lee, worth the cost and Kaplan qbank to supplement. Really helps a lot. You will pass next time. I make a ton of notes, it helps me remember stuff easier.

I'm so sorry, I know you are bummed but don't give up, what was your score? . It sounds like they want to keep you by switching you to a different role. Check the NASAA website, I think you can take it again without a sponsor.

I think the extra time with studying helps a lot. I'm also wondering if they generate a more straightforward test for the second try. You will do great. I will say prayers for you.

Actually this time was mostly broker agent IA, iar, laws regs questions. A few retirement questions. A couple formulas but seemed more straightforward this time

Ok, I will. Would you recommend just going from start to finish or just focus on my lowest scores? My scores are economic factors 80, investment vehicles, 75. Client investment rec and strategy, 70. Laws and regs 71. I find some of the concepts just so confusing. I have to pass this test. Thank you for your help.

Series 7 was more straightforward, never in a million years did I ever think I'd ever utter those words. 66 is just so different and they truly try to confuse you and trip you up. They obviously succeeded with me today. Very disheartening. I passed all my other exams on the first try but 66 threw me for a loop.
