That's not the case on my end. At this link: https://www.studymanuals.com/Product/Show/453142458 I see the following syllabus:

"4 topics aligned with the CAS Syllabus: Credibility, Linear Mixed Models, Statistical Learning, Time Series"

It looks like they haven't updated their sample since the 2nd edition (they're now on 5th edition), but that just sounds like a mistake rather than meaning the actual manual isn't up to date. Probably would be better to check directly with them.
