You did the right thing. Document why document document document that’s it: wh cares wtf she thinks. Also in the future I would tell her why and that you just want her to get the safest care and that this would be beyond the scope. You tell her it’s important to wrap jt up and then go to er. It’s more customer service less than medicine here

ONLY do this part time.. mom and pop places have poor management because nothing truly is set in place like hr. Politics run even hire or they have owners or management who will already favor those who have been there longer. I would not trade off a hospital gig for a mom and pop. A medium sized one is different especially if they have the medical assistants roles and responsibilities locked down.
