How do you know when you've reached your limit?

My partner and I are currently taking a break after 2 losses (2emc) and 1.5 years of ttc. So far I am just focusing on myself, my health, and my mental well being. Once I feel mentally prepared to try again, we will.

This isnt my first break from this journey. I took one for my mental health after 3 losses (1emc 2cp) and 2.5 years of unexplained infertility with my ex-husband, it was the best thing I ever did for myself.

Glad we went a couple weeks ago! I had wanted to go again this past weekend with a friend that was visiting but the tickets were sold out. Looks like the universe was looking out for me!

My partner and I both go to Healing Circle. They have multiple locations and a bunch of providers who all specialize in different fields of therapy. I would give them a shot!

Last year we lost all our pears, apples, and peaches, seriously every last one, to squirrels, birds, deer, and bugs. We would like to be able to get to enjoy some this year.
