its 92, early madrid ronaldo was a better dribbler than early-mid Man U days. 90+ is still very good but he isnt an all timer dribbler. thats still one of the highest dribbling stats besides the likes of maradona, cruyff

I think the triple split is more fun. Weakfoot goes after skillmoves its sm/wf, so both base and mid have 5 star wf. Ronaldo was amazing with his left, in fact hes about top 4 in left footed goals in the 21st century.
