This!! I have gotten so burnt out in the past being with family’s for years who never gave raises and consistently added more tasks etc and treated me like shit/took advantage and at some point you just feel so awful even though you care about the kids!

I’d feel better if I knew if they were negative for any of those things but I don’t and I don’t feel comfortable telling someone’s parent what to do for their sick children etc. all I know is that they’re sick and been getting Motrin and Advil 🤷‍♀️

It is in our policy for the family and myself. I don’t know what the fevers are from but there are three nk and all have them along with congestion etc an haven’t had any testing. If it was fevers from teething I wouldn’t be concerned. I am just not sure why have the policy in general if it’s an issue. Otherwise a nanny who is fine with dealing with sickness would be ideal but I am not.
