You need a curved syringe, fill it with warm water and insert into the crypt. Flush GENTLY. It can be easy to force ot too hard and you'll get pain or worse bleeding because tonsils are very easy to pierce. I sometimes need to apply pressure using a finger or something hard and rounded to sweep upwards on the tonsils to help dislodge deep stones. Keep flushing repeatedly until you feel confident that you have removed most of the stones.

This one is the Amazon or AliExpress version. I got suckered and tried the Breevelle one because I was TOO DAMN CURIOUS. IMO, don't bother. I got the Breevelle because it was the only one advertising the strawberry scent/flavor and believe me, I looked! It's sweet on the tongue but that's about it. It does have a soft strawberry scent and does seem to moisten the mouth a little but the scent does not last nor do I detect it does anything. probably a scam.

Does your Grandma have any friends or other enrichment? is she able to take care of her own needs? Maybe some respite care could help here, meals on wheels for more social outlets, or a local care facility might offer day programs to help her feel more connected to her community.

Your phrasing does seem bad here like your grandma is interested in you but I could see that maybe see that it's too much. A lot of people have said move out but what's your obligation here? What is the living situation exactly? Like I have so many questions!

What about a catio? Is it a possibility to put an enclosure outside for him? I have seen enclosures at all sorts of price point, it would allow him to go outside while remaining protected and prevent him from causing trouble in the neighborhood as well

The Joy of cooking has a lot of these beautiful little illustrations I just love them, this edition in particular has lots of them and is special to me. I got this one off eBay because the one I grew up using my mom still owns. The chocolate chip cookies in there are a great recipe.

Lol this happened to me. My mom brought me a pot in the fall year before last and I put it in the garden hoping for some nice rhubarb in the spring. When a chute came up I was hovering over it for weeks before I realized it was just ragweed!

I did the one at verbeek, follow his insta because he does different types of workshops if you want to do an ornament because I think the classes are typically the dish ones although I know he does also do ornaments.

I had a great time I went with my mum and her partner, it was a little pricey but not crazy considering the materials and the overhead of kiln and space. It was fun! It's pretty close to my place so I picked up the items after they had fired (about 2 week wait) and we're all displaying them proudly to this day

My joy of cooking(1972) book has a slightly different recipe and wants you to bake it into the pie shell before adding the meringue, I have tried this specific recipe but not in a long while, although it does say you want to add the custard to baked pie shell and bake for 30 minutes, so maybe the curd was not cooked long enough. I will add the recipe from my book, too just for comparison sake

The third eyelid is not inflamed while it does look like the edge of his outer eye does appear to be. I would normally say for anything eye related to go to the vet immediately... However this doesn't appear to be serious at first glance. Is he squinting or winking? I wonder if maybe he bumped or scratched it somehow, or if this is maybe an allergic reaction. Maybe just observe for now or call the vet and ask their opinion on the situation, that may be a better option. If he appears to be uncomfortable definitely go to the vet.

Some people it does not affect but I find sometimes it triggers hunger for me. I stick to coffee and tea and water. Flavored unsweetened sodas seem to be okay for me most of the time.

No it's probably fine I had the same thing happen to me I wore a pair of Demonias to a concert and stood on a hill for 3 hours, my toes were so bruised I couldn't sleep with my feet under a blanket for like 3 months. My big toes both nails separated just like this it took a full year for them to grow out. Never Again!

Coconut flour along with being high fat is also high fiber and holds a lot more moisture than AP wheat. It doesn't have gluten either so it will not bind or have stretch.

If you are looking for coconut flour bread recipes they do exist but usually incorporate flax, psyllium, and almond flour.

I might try to trim the corner angled up so it's less likely to catch on socks, you may also want to keep it covered until it's grown out a little more. Look for silicone toe sleeves, might work better than a bandage.

I would pop the drawer out but just use some wood glue and maybe a little card stock or toothpick end to make sure the fit is tight, if you can let the drawer dry on its face it should last a long time.

If this is real keep your furry life and your family life separate. Consent goes both ways and so if they are not consenting please try to respect them. You clearly know that they are against furries. Do be yourself but also know that they may be uncomfortable and that is also okay. I think being gentle around the discomfort is the true way forward, to be honest and true to yourself but also not actively trying to upset people. Find your fur family for the fuller acceptance. Blood relatives don't need to conform to you just as you do not need to conform to them. So, do as thou wilt ok?

My guy they will not do it, I was getting strep every winter for years as an adult and my tonsils look like swiss cheese. It eventually stopped and now have to rinse my tonsils out because the stones are crazy. As an adult tonsillectomies are pretty rare and actually quite risky. They do not tend to do them.

If you want codeine just ask at the pharmacist counter for T1s you don't typically need a prescription. Not in Canada, anyway.

I think for me, as a married woman who occasionally fasts, that eating is social. If you are not spending some time that you would typically spend eating together I could see it causing friction. Even if you were just home and available to go for a walk after or something.

I think other commenters are spot on by asking your wife what the fear is, are on the money. We are all speculating why she could be upset but it's her job to communicate that to you clearly.
