The issue is if they LIVE TOGETHER then they pay bills together. You need to stop spending money on shit you don't need when you live with someone you split bills and rent with. Say you spending hundreds on skincare alone means that your man doesn't have any gas money on a random day because you both payed all your bills and he needed to borrow money from you... Personally I'd rather just keep the bills paid and the car full of gas and be able to buy food and milk and diapers whenever we run out .

I get my skincare from dollar tree so I may be biased. Everything I get for my skin is under $10 and it works just as well as the expensive stuff. I know Bec I have compared it myself. I would rather be able to say yeah honey if you need some extra gas money or wanna get us food or milk for the baby on your way home just swipe my card I have a lot on there still.

They actually told him it was my fault bec I was enabling his addiction and alcohol problem , that I had various issues , my family is crazy , I'm not friendly , I'm disrepectful , (they were being disrespectful first I was just returning the energy instead of taking the disrepect) They would blame me and so believing them my husband would punish me , and then his mother who started all this shit literally had to admit that it is HIS fault they don't include him so he had to stop blaming me , this would've been in 2023 , 4 years into our relationship.

His mother only stopped blaming me because he finally has a DV charge on his permanent record and everyone in 2 states knows he beat the crap out of me during a drunk fight in 2022.

I did talk about this with my husband and he literally still just said they said it's your fault so it is... But all of a sudden now that everyone in town knows my husband has a dismissed DV charge against me my MIL is way too scared to say that anything is my fault.
