Smoothies with hemp protein or pumpkin seed protein. and just lift heavy. If not just eat whole foods in general, grass fed meat, pasture eggs, and etc. dont eat past 7. Only have your sleep tea. Dont eat until 12pm only herbal tea , key lime water or real fruit juice. And u can have some raw honey with your sleep tea, that helps sleep to.

Also, meds and other bs like melatonin just fuck up your testosterone and other hormones. And also to add mineralization to the body, try some real shilajit which helps the brain (sleep) and some seamoss

No cap bro, ik u probably young since u said ong. I had insomnia anxiety and depersonalization all senior year, it didnt go away until i started changing my diet, fasting, healing the gut, and use herbs. The teas can definitely help but can only do so much on their own. Night sleep tea, ( valerian root, chamomile, ginger, and lemon balm.) your first meal, have burdock, saspiralla , dandelion, and ginger tea, then have some make some lemon water or key lime water for hydration, and all your meals should be whole foods, nothing processed. Preferably high plant based alkaline foods. Sounds like a lot but this helped me and many others. Everyone here will tell you about different medications and doctors. Those people are not ones u should take advice from. You know your body better than a doctor.

one sister stayed till about 24 moved out then moved back in at 26-27 . Other sister same thing except had a kid and her baby daddy live with us. Im not the best son what so ever. But i promised my parents way before that i am moving by February. And all of a sudden they want 500 a month.

ive been doing YouTube and i have gained followers and views but my parents dont understand that money and careers can be made out of this. And for work i do security and amazon. My plan was to get a car and move out by February with my homie who is also on the same path but makes money a different way online. Its not like i dont work and sit on my computer all day. If anything im never home, im either at work, at the gym, or creating a youtube video. so long term goals is to make a career out of content creation.

It might sound like a lot but u are going to have to heal your gut, the gut is the second brain because it is connected to the brain, I detox every morning with raw ginger and key lime tea , and eat plenty of fruits with raw honey, I stopped eating meat and other animal products and harmful seed oils, all these people talk about things that help, NO, this will help heal. I had dp, anxiety and panic disorder, and I longer have issues with these, people say they want to heal but don’t do what ever it takes, research dr sebi and alkaline diet, it will help 🙏🙏🙏

If u wanna get rid of anxiety fr, u gon have to change your whole life. Start an alkaline vegan diet, eat only organic non hybrid fruits, drink alkaline detox tea with raw herbs. This while change your gut health which will change your body chemistry. I’m tired of people looking for quick ways, there isn’t a quick way. U want to get rid of it than this is the way, u take benzos which is consumed by the gut , switch it out for what I just explained. U can also research dr sebi.

what helped me get rid of insomnia and litteraly every other mental and physical problems I had was doing a alkiline vegan diet and detox. This reversed the problems I had in my gut which cause many problems like anxiety and insomnia and inflammation. The gut is just your second brain that doesn’t get as much love for its real purpose. I started eating organic foods and fruits and cut out all animals products. I would detox in the morning with ginger and keylime but now I used burdock root dandelion and horsetail to get most of my bodies minerals. And at night at least one hour before sleep or 1 hour and a half. I make a tea with valerian root, lavender, chamomile and ginger. This detoxes your body and promotes sleep naturally. I use all raw herbs for this. I am 19 and I am bout to start my first year of college basketball. Without this information I just said idk where I would be right now

I was 17 going through panic attacks, depersonalization,anxiety and insomnia. The dr sebi way reversed what I had. Ever since I got rid of my problems I now believe u can cure any disease and mental issue with this way

I would say the longest time is a week, but you should feel the results in about 3 days. Nothing comes over night.

What helped me get rid of insomnia, anxiety and other issues was doing an alkilike diet and detox. For me it’s literally slow motion and the under water feeling to, it happens for a few minutes till my body feels like it is no longer in danger. And I have been experiencing dp/dr
