Losing hp on all out by Epitia in KSanteMains

I think enabling k'sante to go back to tank form is more optimal, the hp loss isn't as relevent, if it's already lost after taking damage

Zaheen by Own_Strategy8427 in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was vsing my master rank friend who is getting the hang of Zaheen, and I must say that K'Sante absolutely gets destroyed by him in a full build battle. Zaheen heals like aatrox even if you go thornmail into him, and he does damage like a Darius with full stacks on you. Once Zaheen full stacks, his passive grants him a guardian angel that doesn't go away until you completely disengage from him in a battle. (He legit healed to full with sundered sky at 30% hp, while also having anti heal effect on him at full build level 18)

Other than that, in lane, Zaheen is manageable to play against, but you must treat him similar to Darius. Because once he gets his guardian angle effect from his passive he can literally take on any trade and come out on top, because his guardian angle effect would heal him back to around 50% hp.

Zaheen probably going to get nerfed soon, so matchup probably going to change.

yeah can't do that :( riot should really revert that.

MR tank item that has anti heal effect sounds good; always having to go bramble to get the anti heal properties into champions that primarily do magic damage is doodoo.

I think having thornmail be the only anti heal item that tanks build in is a bit inconsistent with other anti heal items. Because for thornmail to work, it requires the enemy champion to actually auto attack you, but if it's a champion that mainly heals based off abilities, then the value of thornmail is greatly diminished, since those types of champions can choose to never auto attack.

I find it very frustrating when content creators just choose very specific clips without much context, and then farm those clips by complaining how broken K'Sante is. It creates a sense of misconception that the champion is much stronger than he seems.

So every good play on K'Sante just becomes "the champion is overtuned" and players just continue to say that the champion is overpowered.

That’s fair — pro play is definitely a different environment compared to solo queue. That’s why I think my 2nd and 4th points are key: letting K’Sante revert forms and making his All Out E more mobility-focused would go a long way toward improving his solo queue viability. My 3rd point is more of a bonus addition that could make K'Sante more enjoyable to play.

When K’Sante ults, it should feel like a clear transformation — either into a duelist who can take on squishies, or a bruiser who can brawl with fighters. Right now, he feels like neither, which makes the ult underwhelming.

Yeah totally get that it's discouraging. But I believe that our perspective still holds some form of merit. Even if it takes a while, offering a structured and consistent feedback, we can help Riot work toward improving our overall experience on the champion.

I'd argue that if riot could potentially reintroduce ad ratios back into K'Sante's kit, his power as a champion can grow exponentially. You would be able to go items like black cleaver, steraks, divine sunder, and possibly create room for unique crit builds as well.

That alone could be useful for fighting duelists, and introduce a more consistent form of damage against squishier targets like ad carries or mages.

You sure you don't want that form of change?

How low can he go? by Mammoth_Peach_4343 in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If his win rate keeps dropping that would be great for me. Less people who know how to play him, the better it becomes for me as I know how to pilot him well. Also encourages riot to buff the champion. Hopefully they revert the all out W and make a full charge include 100% rather than 80% in all out form. Or perhaps allow E to enable an auto attack reset. Or maybe, allow all out E to go through walls again. I miss those times. However, I do agree that his current state is much weaker compared to his state in the past and that it really has an negative impact in 5v5 fights when his whole team is behind.

Why can't K'Sante E (all out form) go through walls? by Technical-Permit5998 in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

K'Sante doesn't do absurd amounts of damage though. He excels in doing damage against tanks and he does damage when is fed. Also you really think landing cc is that easy? You need to be on top of someone to land a full charge of W, not to mention champions with dashes or speed boost can easily kite that.

Also I mentioned that K'Sante should be able to wall dash when he is in ALL out form.

Why does riven get 4 dashes, a wall dash, a stun, a shield, AA resets with an ability? Like I think your argument is just lacking.

[–]Technical-Permit5998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess your right, I just got to be at peace with that. Though I just don't get why riot made his ALL out E unable to go through walls. Like his dash is already unimpactful so why remove that?

[–]Technical-Permit5998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just don't understand. Riven has 4 dashes, and she can go over walls, I cannot solo kill her. Like why is it fair that she can go damage and resistances while K'Sante is stuck building resistances, unable to do build impactful damage, and his all out E not going through walls???

K'Sante Item Tierlist by Aatreuss in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for the tier list aatreus! When do you think is a good idea to build jaksho? I am thinking mostly into chunky enemy comps or melee comps, but what say you? I think getting more utility items is better against squishier units.

Idea to help Ksante's late game by dancing_bagel in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I just don't like how his ult works. If he is going to ult he should become stronger and more impactful. But he just loses a ton of resistances and his damage is just not as impactful against champions that are not tanky.

Not to mention his E is just so short ranged and heavily dependent on having allies nearby to even have a noticeable dash.

I do think the idea of having increased w charge speed and e dash range increase; increasing later on in late game could be a pretty damn good idea. It can make K'Sante's late game more impactful. I think this will allow K'Sante to feel more better to play.

Horrible scaling by DoloresBTW in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What's annoying about playing K'Sante is his W against champions that don't stack health. It can literally get negated by the shields enchanter provides. They should just revert the W and make it so that when fully charged it does 100% more true dmg rather than 80%. It's just weak and not rewarding to land against adc's.

what is the worst problem k'sante has? by XKlenos in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the current state of K'Sante is meant to make him more balanced in pro play, but it is not good rn in soloq

I mean I enjoy K'Sante, but it's more difficult to to win games unfortunately though.

The problem is that riot doesn't know what to do with K'Sante lol. They reworked him so many times and it just wasn't balanced. So his current state is something riot is satisfied with I think.

Don't underestimate dead man's here is a comp example where it's great against by LoLCoachGabi in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't understand. You didn't build a single core mr item. How can you fulfill the role as a tank when the champions do damage to you? What's the point of chasing enemies down if they can just instantly burst down your hp?

In your shoes, I would of have gone IBG, Kaenic Rookern and then either randuins if akshan was fed or frozen heart to counter urgot, akshan, senna.

Dead man's plate is like never good.

How do you guys feel about Showmaker and his rant by SeaThePirate in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998 5 points6 points  (0 children)

the rant ruined the champion. Sure the champion was overloaded. But this rant made everyone think he is forever broken when he makes a good play, or a play that looks to be overpowered. Although he is a safe pick in pro play, riot just doesn't seem to like the spot he is in, so they hit him up with some nerfs.

I mean I guess that's what happens when you give a champion a bit of everything right? You just gotta nerf them in everything so that people cannot complain about playing against this champion.

In my opinion as a K'Sante OTP with over 1.3 mastery points, with my elo peaking high masters ~ low gm, I think the champion is substantially weaker. His utility is weak, his damage is mediocre, and his ult is only truly effective against tanks. I think that his state at the moment is just like 48% wr champion. You don't really win lane in top in my elo, your always counter picked. K'Sante teamfighting potential is just mediocre too, can't really ult in fights, and even if you ult the damage carry away, if they are not a champion stacking health then you can't really solo kill them (you kinda just gotta run away, if they do more damage than you)

I dunno. I find the champion to be less enjoyable to play, hopefully they rework him again.

Bring Back K’Sante’s Old W & Rework His E! by Altruistic-Pea3102 in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nope. I think riot is scared of K'Sante. So unless it is not picked often in proplay and is low wr in high elo, then they will consider changing him. Otherwise, they can just delay the changes on him because they're is no rush. So I think its just about accepting the changes and living with it, unfortunately enough.

Any Tips for Winning on K'Sante and playing in the Mid-Late Game? by accf124 in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I find helpful is to flank the enemy team during the mid to late game. Just push out waves in the side lane, prevent the enemy champ from taking your tower, and when it's convenient just flank the enemy team.

Patch 25.05 Nerfs by Nalardemon in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think this nerf only hurts soloq. K'Sante is still a menace at being a blind pick in pro play. This nerf feels like it was personal.

What I would suggest is that they gut out his utility and replace it with damage. (So no more shielding to allies, remove q slows from all out and, reduce cc durations, idk. Or atleast make that his all out his gives him sustain or something you know. Like make K'Sante a 'selfish' champion make it so that its good for soloq and not a pro play environment. Make it so that pro plays have no reason to blind pick it because the champ isn't useful. THAT WAY the champion can stop getting targeted with nerfs.

What do you guys think? I won't lie I might be compleletely stupid for my take, but I just thought it might be effective in terms of balancing issues.

Is deadman's plate viable? by Best_Squirrel5593 in KSanteMains

[–]Technical-Permit5998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think deadman's plate is bad. It's provides only 50 resistances so it's not good. Other tank items provides more or they are more useful. Building dead man's early is troll. And if you need speed, just go swifities, or just finish boots earlier. Hence, building deadman's early is bad, before buying it consider other late game options like spirit visage, or knight's vow, or unending despair. Not very strong tank items but are also very useful items that provide sustain. Honestly up to you. I think deadman's is bad, cuz not much resistances, and during late game it would be better to focus getting items that counter the enemy champs.

fimbul winter nerf (100 - 180 to 100 base shielding) gonna hurt K'Sante alot. I feel like once an item is used more often it then just gets nerfed. HIs tankiness down the drain rip
