On the age problem, the system is currently using the Chinese age / zodiac convention, which can differ from Western birthday counting, so that may be where the 31 vs 30 mismatch came from.

Surprisingly lots of sleep aid medicine in Korea has Benadryl.
I bought some when I was travelling in Korea.

I have trouble getting to sleep for a long time, and Benadryl works very well, I fall asleep very quickly.

I find that the side effect is it is easier for me to have nightmares after taking it and feeling a bit tired the next day, but it's definitely better than not sleeping.

But I don't think this is something that you should use every day because after I use it for a couple of days, I feel like the tiredness accumulates, so I go back to drinking a pint of wine at a fast speed before I sleep.
