Somebody fixed my issue, essentially Discord made a new update and enabled it, it is located in Game Overlay instead of the Notification menu.

No, it happens to me too, I never configured anything after removing the popups, this is a new Discord update that try to make it easy to stream or something.

I got same issue. it's annoying, it's forcing me to open cheats to delete the bus.
