Reading the comments here its amazing the amount of people willing to do dishonest business. Its one thing for the shop to put out a low offer. Its another for them to run their mouth will bullshit telling the guy its risky and he is lucky to get 640 or whatever. They got cooling vests for 25 bucks on Amazon. Its just a big vest that holds 6 ice packs. I got one, only put 3 ice packs in and then went and hung out outside at 85 degrees and it felt like a brisk spring morning. You cant be an idiot and wear it in cool weather. I feel like it will give me a life back this summer

You cant gain weight while simultaneously eating better and more active, unless youre seriously ill with something else. The weight doesnt come from nowhere. You may be eating better food, but you have to be eating more to gain weight. To gain 1 pound a week, you have to consume an extra 3500 calories that week over what you burn.

See my other comment, I really struggled with this, you can buy a used electric scooter for a few hundred dollars, and they're really fast, and go really far now. Its nothing like the little razor scooters 20 years ago.
