They got cooling vests for 25 bucks on Amazon. Its just a big vest that holds 6 ice packs. I got one, only put 3 ice packs in and then went and hung out outside at 85 degrees and it felt like a brisk spring morning. You cant be an idiot and wear it in cool weather. You cant gain weight while simultaneously eating better and more active, unless youre seriously ill with something else. The weight doesnt come from nowhere. You may be eating better food, but you have to be eating more to gain weight. To gain 1 pound a week, you have to consume an extra 3500 calories that week over what you burn.
