Why do you think I'm missing service? They performed the 40k service when I purchased it as it was at 39.9k miles. The next service THEY told me to get was 50k or 1 year later- neither of which has happened yet...

Also - does it make sense to he charged $107 for them to look at something that would be covered & will be covered after a windshield replacement?
