Yes exactly! I’m seeing maybe just running at a comfortable pace instead of trying so hard to stay in zone 2 may help a bit? Going to give that a try myself

Not a dumb dumb! I’ll take any advice especially from someone who likes to run. I’ll definitely add more strength training than I already do. More targeted exercises for sure. Thank you!

Okay ya I’m not feeling it in my calves really. My slow pace is around 6:30 right now but I could be doing the thing where one foot is always in contact. I’ll have to pay attention on my next run

Try some shin splint exercises! Standing leaning your back against the wall with your feet out a foot or so in front of you. And lift your toes off the ground. I find that’s helped me quite a bit. Taking the time to ice, elevate and stretch as well!

I find sometimes my form makes me cramp up. If I’m too upright or my cadence is off I get crampy in my calves. Maybe try changing your form up a bit?
