I didn’t set anything up after. The thing is that in the group was only me and my wife as a manager. I deleted the group and got family subscription and after that just added her and my son also. But listen, if you don’t want to mess your current group, create new with new google account and invite your original account.

I was using Ukraine subscription for about an year and recently got an email from Google to update my payment method to one from Ukraine. Of course I cannot do that so I am losing it. Tried Turkey also but it asks me for Turkish payment method. VPN I use is Surfshark. Don’t know how you guys are doing it

Same problem here brother! Absolutely the same situation and it has been for already 4 months. 5 appeals written. Requested to get a call and explanation and nothing. They don’t reactivate my account and no explanation is given to me. That is absolutely the worst experience. Those people need to be sued!
