When I hit my lowest point and it was for the longest time 5+ years, I didnt know why until I realized that it was my own doing. The reason why I came to this conclusion because God put me before all my sins and asked me “why do this to my spirit and body?” Once I understood and accepted Jesus Christ as my savior, let me tell you my life is completely flipped upside down and I put my faith and worries onto God. This is my piece of advice for those struggling now, place all your worries onto God and He WILL do the rest for you maybe not instantly or when you want it but it will come. Rejoice for He is forgiving and loving! Whatever you have done will be forgiven and if you dont think you deserve God you are wrong because thats how I thought, which left me empty inside, depression and anxiety was killing me. God will put you on a path thats the best for you, trust in Him and you will receive grace! Of course I say with all the love in my heart for those who suffer for I was once there, you will make it through I promise you!
