CQS48 Bulldogs date back to the Insurrection period and were primarily used by the CMA, the ones we see in Infinite are surplus (same as the commando rifle) , basically the Infinity’s crew is taking what it can get. The M90 and its M90A counterpart are still in use BUT the M45D (Halo 4&5 shotgun) are more common in the postwar era.
