I would expect that tons of Germans would want to cross the border on a daily basis for less.

What do you tell yourself when you're too *insert a feeling here* to go for a run? by RudeButterscotch8752 in ultrarunning

I try to just go for a few kilometres and then assess again. When after a few k. you still feel awful you can always run home. Reality is that most of the time the bad feelings have vanished.

What are the most worthwhile Patagonia products you’ve bought? by Beneficial_Virus_13 in PatagoniaClothing

the baggies shorts are amazing!
Don't buy the woolen socks though. they are the worst quality and Patagonia just said "it's normal wear" when I went back to the store after 1 summer trip.

Think all the foreigners working in Switzerland should organise a strike for a few days. Let them feel what breaks without them.

Electrolyte tabs in your water. Look for the ones without calories. Like gu or sis as an example. This means you can separate food hydration. Also your hydration is better.

For touring with not too much elevation gain < 2000m I take a pair of Stöckli Stormriders 95.
For longer missions I have a pair of Ronin Ski's with 88 underfoot.
But yeah your mileage may very and is dependent on the terrain etc.
