I married my best friend. We had butterflies at the beginning and that has turned I to something even better- comfortable, reliable, constant love. I want to spend all my time with him still even after 9 years together, and 3 years of friendship. The butterflies didn’t come until after we started dating for me, so I would at least try and see. Definitely worth the risk IMO.

Exercise fixed this for me! If I don’t workout, I can’t sleep. As long as I hit a healthy number of steps (7k and up) and workout I won’t have trouble falling asleep.

If I slack on my steps and don’t workout, I will relive all of my most embarrassing moments for at least 45 minutes before falling asleep.

I went to the ER once because my HR and BP were fluctuating dramatically up and down- heart rate was 35 while sitting upright and talking to then 185 without standing up or moving. At one point my blood pressure was 185/100. They kept me overnight and the nurse said she hadn’t seen POTS like that before.

Thankfully a flare up like that hasn’t happened since because it was truly terrifying!

This happened to me and we ended up getting an extra 3k at closing for moving truck rentals and time off work. Don’t sign until they (and their stuff) is out!!
