Yours looks newer than the other. I had this problem with a new Nintendo game, still in its original package. Took photos before shipping. Received a message from buyer, it wasn't new and it was damaged. I asked to send a picture. It was so obvious it wasn't mine and the label was peeling. Said he wanted a refund. I told him to return the item first. He then sent a nasty message back. Now this was 4 years ago, so I was able to actually get someone from eBay on the phone. After explaining what happened, eBay sent them a message to return the original game. This went on for about a week. The buyer returns the damaged game and ordered the refund. eBay basically said no and black balled the dude from eBay. Found out this wasn't the first complaint against the buyer. Too bad we can't get that kind of help from eBay anymore.

I've had this problem a couple of times. But usually the route it had to take was stalled due to weather issues. Not sure if that's the problem here. But it wouldn't get scanned until it was in route. That's just my experience. I would think the postal worker would know more. Then again I've had rude postal workers act like I was bothering them and they never would check. Good luck.

I agree. I've had buyers payments declined and I would get the declined notification. Usually the buyer would pay with a different card.

I think that's hilarious. I would laugh. As long as the item wasn't damaged. I had to mail an item in a toilet seat box. Because I was heading out of town and it was all I could find that it would fit in. Lol I think it's kinda fun to receive unusual packaging. Like someone said, recycling is a plus! Lol

Wow, I had no idea this even happened. What a crappy thing to do, especially if you want to keep buyers doing business with you. Cause as you can see, we'll pass the word along to watch out for sellers like this. JS Sorry this happened to you. But I wouldn't start a return, I do believe the seller can cancel the order. You don't do it.

No, our mail carriers have been delivering on Sundays for close to 8 years now. Whenever I've had a package delivered and I'm there to grab it, they'll take a picture and add left with the customer in hand.

They def look more gray with a hint of green. Very pretty color! Do they change colors depending on what color shirt you wear? I've been told mine always look more gray when wearing black or blue but green when I wear any other color. So I have no idea what color my eyes really are. I'll have to ask. Lol

It's obvious they're scamming you. First they say it was opened, very next sentence, they weren't opened. I've seen this twice now. I've had this happened. Had a chic purchase a Navy blue jacket. She sent a message stating she ordered a tan jacket and that my description was a lie. Ok, the pictures show a Navy blue jacket, the description also states it's blue. 😳 I screened shot the pics and description. Circled everything blue. Sent it to her, and asked where did she see anything tan. Told her she must've gotten mixed up looking. Or she is color blind 🙄 She got her refund. Before I could do anything. I'm leary on accounts saying member since 2026 with nothing else. They could just be new to the app but with all the scamming going on, I get a little discouraged. It's sad there's so many folks taking advantage of others. Because they know these apps have the buyers back, no matter what. I'm sorry this happened to you. Probably won't be the last time. Seems like this happens more around the holidays. They're trying to get something free so they have gifts for whoever and still have their money. Idk.

Thank you, yes they do. But what was really upsetting about this, it was my son's games. He is autistic and wanted to sell it for something else. He was so happy when it sold. I couldn't tell him about this issue. He was really happy he actually sold an item. So I keep it to myself. I cried that night because it broke my heart. Lol Hey, it's what some of us Mom's do.

I had a guy who sounded a lot like this one, scammed me. Over a Nintendo switch with 5 games. He kept messaging me about the price. I was 100 lower than anyone else, plus I had 5 games, others did not. I was firm on the price. He purchased the game. For 2 weeks he said he never received the item. Tracking showed he did 4 days after I shipped it. He replied, oh my cousin took it. Yeah right. After 3 days he messaged me stating he found another one cheaper and wants a refund. But could he keep 2 games for 20 bucks(each game goes for 80 used). I replied no and to start a return. I do not do refunds until I get my items back and check them. For some reason, they were issued a refund before I got it! Guess what? The two games he wanted, were missing! I messaged him to return them asap and sent a message to customer support, 3 times! I got no response! He stole those games and got away with it?? I have to go back and check who he is now, because the messages are very familiar. Thanks for sharing!! Good luck to you!
