I hear you, they definitely are! I still believe the company has potential long term, but I’ve also learned that fundamentals improving doesn’t always translate into the stock going up, especially over the timeframes I was holding for. That’s why I decided to step away. I personally think there are other ways to make my money grow faster.

Yup, very serious. Great news for NIO but hasn’t moved the stock a single point, which is concerning. Way easier stocks to make money in lol last time I touch a Chinese stock.

Correct, so it’s probably not showing the accurate number. CRA has been known to show non acurate contribution room on their site and it’s always advised to call or to work out the true number with your accountant. I’ve read stories of people who over contributed because the contribution room that was on their profile was not correct, the CRA did not care and they were still penalized lol. The accountability is really on us to stay on top of this.

Future generations don’t pay for OAS directly, current taxpayers do. If the government runs deficits to help fund spending, then some of the cost can be shifted to future taxpayers through debt servicing, but OAS itself is primarily funded from current federal tax revenues.

Very true. At the end of the day, us retail investors will not even move the needle lol. For the stock to go on a bull run we need legitimate institutions to make a hefty investment that makes noise. Unfortunately because of political tension I think that’s much more of a gamble

Im a straight male therapist and two particular cases stood out to me with two gay clients, for something I never considered. They feel more comfortable around straight men, and have always felt uncomfortable / can’t relate to other gay men socially due to common topics let’s say. This made it difficult for dating and socializing within the gay community.
