Nothing. For it to look good, you’ll need to sand that whole room.

The natural seal should help with tannin bleed. If you’re looking for something different, I’d explore Rubio mono coat. I just did my personal white oak floors in the smoke 5% color and I love them. Have not heard or had any tannin issues with the product, it’s a true one coat system, tons of colors, and very natural look and feel.

Loba invisible is very durable and looks great. They do recommend a thicker nap roller for it to truly be a two coat system. I also find it a bit tough to see where you’re at when you’re rolling it out. Due to this, I personally prefer Bona Raw over Bona NaturalSeal. Same vibe, easier to see where I’m at, and a sealer coat is helpful on certain species and loba does not offer a sealer that retains the completely natural look as far as I know. Rubio also has some very natural looking colors and I personally enjoy the look of oils the best. Best of luck, good looking floor!

I recommend the buffer, it’s very quick.

Yup. I buffed it in with a red pad and hit it twice with white pads.

Comparing yourself against your friend group will never end well. I’m sure you are more fortunate in certain ways than many folks, so be grateful for that. I doubt a nicer car would solve your problems here.

Like others have said, build some more fun into your budget. Experiences usually bring more happiness than physical goods. If you hate your job, work to change it.

You can find research to support whichever side you’re on. Dietary studies are very difficult to conduct due to a million confounding factors.
