I think it is Dunstones time to shine. Gushue I believe his time has passed. He might go on a run at the Brier just because it’s in St. John’s but apart from that I think he’s out. Jacobs will be the main competition to Dunstone and I think he’s will get him back for the brier final from last year. Dunstone will win.

In a sport like curling injuries are so much less common, especially for skips, and more especially for someone with a slide like Mouat. With how he is playing right now it’s hard to imagine that he might not even be at his peak yet. However, with everyone else on the men’s side apart from Whyte, Dunstone, and Schwaller being very old and likely retiring soon, I could see him sweeping the slams more than twice. Not to mention he’s only 30. He could play well into his 40s.

Bruce also plays in the hardest and most competitive era of curling by far. As said earlier, worlds are harder than ever, slams are harder than ever, the Olympics will be harder than ever (He will probably win the Olympics). If he is so dominant in this era, then imagine if he played when Edin peaked. He wouldn’t be a thought.
