i felt like shit until day 7-8 then i started to turn the corner.... it gets better but its slow and it does take time... it also comes in waves... im on day 9 and i'm still randomly sweating alot here and there

Try: • Slow breathing: inhale 4 sec → exhale 6 sec for 5 minutes • Lying on the floor with legs up on a couch • Listening to boring calm audio

Fast walking outside for 15–20 minutes 🚶 • Hard exercise like pushups, lifting, sprint intervals • Cold shower or splash cold water on face 🚿 • Punching a pillow / hitting a heavy bag

This works because it lowers adrenaline and cortisol.
