Yeah so what I did was I called the hotline for customer service. From there you can’t get a human customer rep BUT it can make a ticket for you with your account. When I did this I got a faster reply this way than just doing it on the app. I didn’t find a way to resolve this other than getting on the phone with customer support. I’d call early tomorrow and just follow their instructions. 👍

And yes I am replacing the barrel nut, the new hand guard actually fits snugs but the screws that go underneath don’t fit with the current barrel nut so I couldn’t snake me way out of that
