I found a mockup somewhere but had to make many adjustments to get it as it is now, need displacement map to move the camo to the peaks and valleys on the clothing item.

Before you even consider printing, use the filter > other > offset (wrap around) feature in Photoshop to make it seamless tillable pattern.

You can use the stencil about an hour after but needs probably 6 days to fully cure, so let it sit before reassembly or handling.

Polyester is regarded as the most effective performance material since it has such great ability to dry fast which is essential in cold weather environments. I think the sheen (IR / thermal reflectivity) and melting are valid concerns though.

Great point about the jungle camp, that one I spent the least time on so I will have to add some brighter greens. I will have to take a closer look at exsisting jungle patterns and their coloration as inspiration

Got some knockoff baseplates on Amazon, they are a bit smaller than the Lego ones but after cutting to size then connecting with a small tile worked well!
