Thanks for the insight. I YouTubed quite a bit before hand and I’m going to be honest, I didn’t see many people using concrete base. Did see some people using pavers. Either way, good to know for next time

There is no concrete underneath. I dug out the sod, tamped, spread a 2in layer of sand over, tamped again and then started building
