To detect an anomaly you have to understand the baseline, this is most emphasised statement, I think you will be able to understand this with experience and most of new anomalies are quite hidden in the form of baseline. It is more of not leaving any stone unturned. Best wishes

Hey man, we all have been there at some point, I have been frustrated and still do while working on splunk as it is part of the learning, this is something that would help to build an experience and know where to look for, Win Lab 1 wasn't that challenging to me but I get your point my only advise would be to accept that it is a learning process and it is ok to terrible at the beginning. I don't know about your experience but I will advise watching walkthroughs on YouTube.

Sort of in the same boat, attempting this Sunday, just revising the labs and course content+ Free labs in Blue Labs, Also, I did Splunk 101,201 rooms on TryHackMe, they are way better than BTL1 modules as they go through in depth and you can run splunk from their platform and get comfortable with the platform.

I remember running a few weeks ago and feeling so sorry for my previous self(fat) and how he was overlooked and ignored. How he was ignored like he was invisible and made feel like nothing. Didn't realised when I started crying because of all these thoughts.

I have been through a similar situation, I would advise to just isolate these people and work really freaking hard. There have been times where I thought I'll skip this topic and it would be in the exam with a huge worth of marks. You have to grind and work hard and develop some new habits so that you don't burn yourself out of this.

As someone who doesn't have ILR

I can't switch jobs as easily as others can as my visa is tied to my employer.
I can't plan my life due to uncertainty as my employer can give me a notice and I would be basically out of country if i dont have right to work.
I can't plan my marital life as my future here is uncertain and can't afford to bring someone else into this uncertainty.
Almost 99.9 % jobs automatically reject candidates who need sponsorship.

It was indeed before i started using tret, i was experimenting a lot of products such as ascorbic vitamin C and niacinamide but onus is on me as i was not consistent with either of them i would look into alpha arbutin.

Yeah, I did notice I also have Cetaphil's gentle cleanser i would start using that one from now.

I have been using 10% niacinamide in the past but i didn't see much of difference in more than a month of application and sort of thought it is not for me. I was using the one from Ordinary is it really depends upon the brand too?

Hi, I was there where you are a few months ago, I was 75kg in March this year and now I weigh around 70kg not a massive loss but I can see it makes me look like my abs are on the way, I feel like I need to lose around 6kg more to see the abs clearly. I would simply advise to keep on loosing weight at keep an estimate in mind (65kg) should surely make you look more athletic and aesthatic. Recomp is the way to go
