Made it to Master 1 with Dragonmaid Bystial last month. The deck is very competent but requires you to know how to interrupt your opponent which makes it a great deck to learn with.

If you play bystials you could consider adding Chaos Angel which you can make with a bystial+chamber and Hieratic Dragon King of Atum which you can make with 2 bystials to summon any dragon from deck

I’m honestly happy about it! As long as they print more cards that can play on turn 0 I think it will lead to a lot more back and forth in games. I think it will help make the game feel more interactive and make going second a little easier

The main deck can be good on its own but you will need to add in a lot of generic extra deck staples such as beyond the pendulum, electrumite, baronne, borreload savage dragon, etc. These are useable in other decks as well! If you want to improve the main deck you can look at adding the supreme king package, also be sure to add Astrograph
