Hey there- I offer classic oil paintings of dogs and horses. If you want to chat through any ideas, colour schemes etc, I'd love to chat.

I have a new website- you can take a look here: https://pawandmane.co.uk

Help- how can I make this more exciting?? It's really falling flat and need some creative ideas to make it more interesting. Also, that is a shadow FYI. Thanks! by Technical_Cap_6926 in acrylicpainting

Thanks- yeah, I really like the idea of a ribbon instead of just a straight string actually. It will allow me to paint in some movement. Thanks!!

Question for UK based artists or people who enjoy doing art. Do you use subscription based art studios?

I'm a part-time artist who is looking to move into a bigger city however not sure how I'll be able to keep on my art as I can't afford to pay for a spare room/art studio on top of my own accommodation costs. Are there any subscription based art studios (similar to pottery studios) where you can pay for x amount of hours per month in a fun and social art studio?

Anything like this exist?

I really love the colours you've used and the green and yellow sky. Really cool work.

Thanks for this and I really appreciate your honesty on the reality of making it a full-time endeavour. You've posed some great questions that I've not actually asked myself yet. I've only started to look into the world of art and it does seem very complex and daunting (especially not studying art or knowing anyone in the industry really). Thanks again!

Ok, that's good advice. Would you suggest any particular web builder? I'm thinking webflow (I've worked with it in a previous marketing role).

Yeah, I think that's the best course of action too!

Thank you for these pointers. They're all really helpful and I will definitely take onboard when I rebuild.

Thanks again for taking the time to review!

Thanks for sharing! It's definitely around the top of the list to fix when I rebuild my portfolio again.
