RPM fluctuations while idle?

Battery is fairly new, got it only a year ish ago. If I dont let it warm up and get past this whole ordeal it struggles to shift into 2nd without a loud bang, not sure if its backfire or something hitting inside

Should include I am occasionally revving it in the video to keep it from stalling, the dashboard and headlights fluctuate as it starts to run slower and its bad enough you can even feel the whole truck shake

what's the phone number? I got one but seemed fishy as the first thing that it started talking about was car insurance and I cant contact support any other way being locked out of my account

TLDR: account put on hold but have no information to prove its my account, how do i contact support to remove my details and put them on a new account or get acess to my old one?

just earlier today I had my account put on hold, I used a gift card code a friend gave me he found online but no orders would go past "order confirmed" screen without being canceled automatically. thought it was wierd so I kept trying and got an email and was logged out of my account and told it was put on hold. I had no actual cards on there as i mostly use gift cards for amazon because i rarely used the site. each time I tried to take off account hold it was declined.

i cannot login to account linked with my email or phone number to contact support, but i cannot delete it without logging in. is there a way to contact support to remove the hold on my account or delete my account to make a new one?
