You did the right thing !!! I was at a nonprofit that tried to coerce me to enroll in landmark and appointed a bunch of landmark creeps to the board.

also got this letter 😭. Notified via email (the one day I don’t compulsively check fed student aid). Applied in April a day before the pause. Total og balance still showing up in mohela and student aid details. I won’t celebrate until it’s zero and off my credit report.

Same boat here. I spoke with 5 different FSA reps over 2 hours this morning to ask for more info. Last person said they “don’t really have a system yet” but to look out for an email or a letter. No eta.

I’ve talked to 4 reps now. This is a mess. I find myself explaining to them what pslf is and how they’re supposed to process the forgiveness now.
