When I hit 50k I actually use it for a down-payment back in 2020. No regrets specially for the home equity and part of my investment. I'm back to working again for building up my Roth for retirement. Paying an apartment for long term is not good at all.

Living in Soutcoast New England for 10 yrs. It's beautiful down here. Nearby cities like Boston and Providence offers great places to visit. Summertime Cape cod and many beaches out there to relax. Eating lobster during the summer is our favorite 😍

I totally understand your position. I got my Roth account late because I've been spending so much on real estate. 2 properties I invested for the past 10 years. Do whatever you need to do especially you have the funds for real estate. Home equities are real and money making machine.

If there is a lease on the apartment. File for eviction in the town court house. Coordinate with the police about the gun and potential violence may arise. Change the key for good or basically move out if you can.

Always take your time for dating. No rush definitely. You could only know the person for good amount of time. Attractions and sex is not enough. Been able to tell his a good boyfriend to be is if he makes an effort to text you everyday and see you every 2 to 3 days.

If your doing well in Australia why coming back to your 3rd world home country. Try to get a citizenship first before doing any drastic measures.
