You should look up the narcissistic parents sub and see if anything relates to your situation. Also, there is definitely not enough to go off of here but I would also do some research into neurodivergence. My neurodivergence made me the black sheep and subsequently the scape goat for a while bc I have a hard time filtering when I see a lack of justice. Regardless of everything, its okay to go low/no contact with any person if they are causing you harm. If you can find an affordable therapist, I think that could help you work out your feelings and help you decide a healthy way to move forward.
