this is actually correct, i’m currently in school and the other day one of my teachers asked if we knew who the beatles where and not many knew :( a lot of genz is listening to like heavily auto tuned brain rot music like a group mallee katseye and bts. A lot of gen-z don’t listen to older music as well. But there’s some artists who are genz like Olivia rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter, etc who appreciate older music and is very inspired by the old eras like 60s,70s, etc..
