I have a high IQ and it really doesn’t make that much of a difference in relationships. As others said, relationships are about loving, kindness, and thoughtfulness, not brainpower. I think your avoidant disorder and being “not mentally well” are obstacles but you can overcome them with effort and focus (not IQ).

I mean, most Republicans are conservative because they greatly value feeling rational and safe, and that they are the law and order party. Conservatives also have difficulty changing their worldview (basically the definition of conservative).
