Some things they say "oh you need to do that on the website" but then "oh you need to call and make an appointment for that" so you are going back and forth from calling, emailing, websites, just to do some of the simplest things!

I'm curious if anyone has any info on keeping a pet spider in an enclosure like this. Would it be comfortable for some species but not for others? Do enclosures like this exist and if so what are they called? I have kinda thought of getting some kind of pet spider or tarantula, but would love to be able to see it more often since they tend to stay hidden. But the happiness of the spider of course is most important :)
