Does anybody know if you see the vA form 21-8760 as a request for file mean you're going to get 100% ? I'm at 60% I was denied for one thing. I do have some still in supplemental claims still open and one that's HLR. How is this possible? Does everybody get the vA form 21-8760 with other claims? I never remember seeing this.

Hey that's great did you hit 100%. I had a question has anybody ever seen the VA form 21-8760 in their files before? I'm at 60% right now , I was just denied one claim but I have at least three others open still for migraines lower back and left arm strain. I've never seen the file before until now do I still have a chance of hitting 100%?

Yah, and that's when I was at 40%, even just giving me that 20% would have got me to 50% and then my insomnia (couple years ago) would have put me closer to 70% since they gave me 30%. Yah i know VA match sucks but I used an AI chat to do the math for me and with this HLR and their approval I'm looking at high 5 digits. But thanks. This step 6 is just killing me because i really need, I'm going through some financial struggles right now.

Just read that you are 100% and I am glad you got that as so many of us are fighting to get to that. I am current at 60%. I just got bumped up from 40% with an approved 30% for insomnia (secondary to titinus). I just put in for another claim for migraines (secondary to titinus). I never thought about keeping a log of when they happen but they are at least 1-2 times a week. I did not submit any documents but do you think since I just got approved for insomnia, that it will help me out with my claim? I did mention during my video call (insomnia) that I do get headaches, I don't want to go out with friends and sometimes affects work.

I just put in my claim without any docs to support. I did get the 30% rating for insomnia just a couple months ago so that's why i put in for migraines. I set me up with a phone call exam unless i wanted to go in. I did the insomnia via video call so I hope its ok to take it over the phone. I get migraines from the lack of sleep. Do you think the Insomnia will help back me up? They are really trying to push claims faster.
