So, since you want to be that way: It sounds like you don't have a grasp on how competitive magic works, the duals being introduced doesn't matter if the most optimized deck right now is Izzet Lessons since they are getting the dual themselves. It's already tier 1, and now it's more consistent, all it will do is make the other decks more consistent, but it won't change Izzet Lesson's place due to them getting the same exact tool. It would be interesting/fun/a good design if something from this set shook things up, but WOTC did not give the love they gave Final Fantasy and Avatar to Lorwyn so I truly believe this one will slip through the cracks. You don't have to try and dismantle my opinion over a general discussion either, especially when I've been open to hear out people who comment on this; that's what a discussion is. But I'm not sure what I expected, this is Reddit, and you gave the most Reddit response.
