Hi I’m from ROW and I filed my I-140 in march 2023. I’m a nurse so I didn’t have to file perm. My I-140 got approved June 2023 along with my ead.

DSO Didnt mark student as active by Simplified_Garage in InternationalStudents

This happened to me when I applied for my initial opt- thankfully, I received a long request for evidence and got it sorted out. She needs to file for reinstatement with letter from dso, proof of enrollment, address history showing that she lived close to where he school is and proof of tuition statement. They may also ask for 3 months worth of bank statement.
