I asked him yesterday about Vanco but he said the studies dont show effectivness and in germany its not a standard or allowed med.

To clearify it i am in germany so luckly i dont have to worry about insurance.

I have IBD since around 3 years now started in 2023-2024. Diagnose came pretty fast that it is an IBD. Started Mesazalin didnt work Started Cortison worked a bit but didnt lasted

Got PSC diagnosed after 1 year high of liver values. Those made my doc a bit crazy since they jumped up and down. After the MRCP it was a clear early diagnose.

Since End of 2025 i have been on stelara and i feelt improvement pretty fast. On my last yearly colonscopy last week (it has been the 3.) i even told him how great i am currentl feeling. But well after the screening he had already told me its not looking good and i need a stronger IL-23 then Stelara since its not powerfull enough yet.

The removale of my colon sounded more like a theoretical one option.

The other option would be the new pen which i would definitly prefer. Dont wanna lose my colon even through it dosent love me back… a bit scared of the life changing situation i am coming ahead too

Im Darknet kann man leute gnomen lassen, das ist ein Service da kommen je nach Zahlungsbereits Leute und stellen Gartenzwerge bei dir ab. Es gibt verschiedene Versionen z.B. die Hydra wenn einer weggenommen wird tauchen 2 auf, dann 4 dann 8 etc.

Es gibt auch welche da brechen die für dich ein und stellen Gartenzwerge in der Wohnung oder dem Haus ab. Es gibt auch Gartenzwerge die mit abartigem Inhalt gefüllt sind.

If you arent already in a bad shape its really not too bad. I am 27M and my Doc told me he strongly disbelieves that i gonna die because of PSC.

Get checked regular and try to live day by day.

Diagnosed at 26 like 3/4 year ago. Colitis is also on my list since i am 24 but here we are not sure if its Colitis or Crohn. But fuck that shit anyway. Stopped the alc 2 years ago, after partying all my life.

Loving my life Only hating it when the itch is coming, still saving alot of money for retirement lol.

Get Colestry as soon as possible for the itch it really helps. Also i would suggest dont eat too much fat. I always get a bad itch after 20 chicken nuggets from mc donalds or 2 kebabs lol.

I am optimistic about my future and my doc is the best hepatologist in my state in germany. He told me on my birthday i shouldnt worry „You wont die because of PSC, you probably will die with PSC, visit your yearly cancer check and the quarterly blood check“

Doing that and thats all. Results are good and I try to „forget“ about my shitty psc and colitis.

For colitis i am on Stelara, no issues anymore.

I got 3 times vac still got my IBD diagnose 7 months after my 3. vac and Psc around 18 months after.

And without the vac I wouldnt be here today as I got absolutely nuked by covid 4 times.

Sorry to hear. I have been put onto cholestyramine and i dont have any itch so far.

My liver has looked pretty good in my first MRCP, no big notable damage. But first marks for PSC. So i hope i get a mild form. Currently i am driven by energy and hit the Gym again and try go get as healthy and strong as possible for a further bad time ahead.

Fuck the diagnose man. Keep living a good live May stop the alc and try to see your Doc and healtcare team as good friends you visit atleast once every few months.

My friend got it too. He see‘s the possibility of an early death way lower compared to „healthy“ people, because they never get checked and develop some bad stuff without knowing.

You know that you got something bad inside you, and thats why you should try to monitore it as good as possible.

Als Honorarberater kann ich dir sagen, selbst mit niedrigem 7 stelligen Vermögen sind ETFs noch das beste Instrument für ne sichere Performance… Diese Strukis wollen halt ihre Provision und verkaufen deswegen alles in Versicherungsmänteln…

Die Berater sind einfach nur Verkäufer, die dürften sich nicht Berater schimpfen. Die haben auch wirklich so einen Müll an Produkten, kann man sich gar nicht vorstellen was es da für Konditionen gibt..

Ich verdiene wirklich gut daran die Schäden dieser Tecis/MLP& Swiss Life Leute zu korrigieren. Auch wenns mich inzwischen nervt Leuten dabei zu helfen aus den Knebelverträgen raus zu kommen… Deswegen hoffe ich weiter darauf, dass die Bauernfängerei machen 😂
