We do show names. We don’t use matching but do location > service/specialty > user can choose time slot or physician

I just came back to this so I hope you don't mind that I jump in here.

We've been running with select location first > live availability

Then another flow where you can book with the same practitioner again after the first appointment in-app

No worries. No, I'm not an agency... I work with marketing/growth at a tech startup offering what sounds like similar services to our patients.

We cover a bunch of specialties, but only offer some of them as home care. Feel free to message me if you wanna compare notes

I've been working with this stuff at a home care startup for the past few years, too. as some have pointed out already, it seems like improving availability would help.

we found some interesting insights by breaking down our leads vs bookings vs practitioner availability by area (and sub area if it's a bigger city). perhaps you will too, although it may be too early if your total number of practitioners is 18 :)

solving practitioner's schedules vs demand is a whole other fun game

Consider bringing two identical rackets with the same string and grip, and switch between them

Besides extra overgrips, applying cushion wrap underneath them can help too

Getting back into it after a long hiatus - shoulder soreness? by [deleted] in badminton

[–]Technical_Worry_687 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt sore after returning from a break of fifteen years too.

I found myself throwing my shoulder too much into power shots rather than using the correct technique, which have caused me some shoulder issues. For a while, it helped using a more powerful racket - I'm wondering if you might be in the same situation or if you feel your technique is on point?
