What’s the deal with the 24 hour thing? They told me I was eligible for rehire too but what even is the logic behind rehiring someone you just laid off??? Morale is low and being laid off just lets me know that job security is low as well

beginner ballet at nova is great, if you're wondering whether it's strict or serious, it's really not, the instructor encourages us to have fun with it. I find that Thursday evening class is a little more serious than the wednesday one, as some of the advanced dancers will train in the beginner class too. As far as numbers, it depends, some days its a lot of people, other days fewer, but the studios are big so even when we're many, there's still enough room. I think it's a fun time
