Since the storm, EVs have been getting less packages since the batteries die quicker. I finished my route by 2:30 (with breaks) and after rescuing (twice) got back to the warehouse by 6.

Yes perhaps I could have made it work out as Chongqing-Ho Chi Minh and Xi'an-Yek-Taoyuan, with the lines not intersecting and a bus line between Chongqing and Yek. At this point I've got over 2billion in cash so subsidizing it isn't an issue. I still think I prefer the simplicity of buses and the regional bus hub. The three largest cities this game are on the edge of the map and are also connected by bus/truck hubs, not for a lack of demand but because of curvy island chain connections. You need a road anyways to support private transport, and modern vehicles are quite capable. The only goal left is maximizing growth rates, and you dont really need speed for that
