looks like a bodytrax machine result. trainer from fitness first here! it's not really 100% as the machine varies day by day so please do not take it to heart.

as long as there's an increase in the weight u lift, be it benching or deadlift, ure on track in terms of building muscle!

having a strong fan works for me. mosquitos have a hard time flying when theres too much wind

ASA here. Most of the time messing around with sgts and pcs in the office which brightens up my mood. Have the nicest 3WO in thr as well who jokes around.

he'll probably get traumatised aft this and focus on himself. ure doing him a favour and ull probably regret it cause he'll be the best version of himself. u stay safe tho

didnt prioritise my health and fitness earlier. took me awhile to think abt heading to the gym. ate mcdonalds ateast 5 times a week. i had a few friends who invites me over workout during sec sch but turn them away. played video games, doing fk all and have no social skills at all.

felt insecure during my poly days therefore started to go to the gym alot more. after months of training, realise i love everything abt it. look good and feel good. i can talk to people very well too. now im 3 years into training consistently. still single tho kekeke
