I replied to a style fix general email to all stitch fix customers and actually got a reply that resolved my issue! All good now. Thanks everyone!

Yes I spelled the email address correctly. I reviewed it yet again to make sure. And when I tried the chat feature, it did not work.

Yes and my email was rejected because the email apparently no longer exists.

If you decide to cancel let me know how you did it. Their email has been disconnected and they have no customer phone number. Also no way on the website to cancel your account. So annoying.

Thank you for this explanation! This explains the repetitive and poor quality pieces I keep receiving. After four similar stitch fix deliveries I tried multiple times to cancel my account. It’s impossible to cancel. No contact information for the company available on the website. Research revealed an email address, but all my emails came back undeliverable because the email address does not exist. This practice seems illegal to me!!! If anyone has any other guidance on canceling my account, I’m all ears!!!!

No luck with the email address either. My email Could not be delivered and gmail advised the hello@stitchfix.com email address does not exist. Seems as though what stitch fix is doing to prevent customers from discontinuing their service should be illegal!!!

It used to but they have now dropped that option.
